dkAds (formerly Ratestar) are a reputable ad network that pays mainly on a CPC (Cost per Click) scheme. Rates are about $0.10 per click, and support is very quick and informative. However, ads are best suited to technology and webmaster sites, rather than those in a general entertainment category, which may be reflected in the CTR (Click Through Ratio) achieved.
